Sync
A control barrier: it fires one trigger once every wired input has fired, then resets. It waits for the slowest branch, and in needs at least one wire. It touches no data; data rides its own wires.
Fired. It runs when an event or a value lands on in, and pulls its other inputs at that moment.
Inputs
Section titled “Inputs”| Port | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
in |
event | Fires the node, grows: one socket per wire |
Outputs
Section titled “Outputs”| Port | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
out |
event |
Example
Section titled “Example”Waits for several branches. Wire each branch’s done event into its own in socket, and out fires once every wired socket has fired, then starts over. Data does not pass through it: the next node pulls what it needs from the branches.
More in Flow
Section titled “More in Flow”- Changed: Pass a value on only when it differs from the last one.
- For-each: Hand out a list one item at a time.
- Queue: Run many producers through one lane.
- Router: Reroute a wire anywhere on the canvas: one in, one out, no change.
- Wait: Relay a trigger after a delay, one trigger out for each one in.
- Wireless In: Broadcast any wires on a channel (1 to 100).
- Wireless Out: Receive the wires broadcast by the Wireless In on the same channel (1 to 100).
