Wait
Relay a trigger after a delay, one trigger out for each one in. Pick the amount and the unit; it paces a For-each loop or slows a chain.
Fired. It runs when an event or a value lands on trigger, and pulls its other inputs at that moment.

Example
Section titled “Example”Delays a trigger: amount 2 with unit Seconds relays it two seconds later. Put one in a For-each body to pace calls to an API. Disabled, it passes the trigger straight on.
