HTTP Request
Call an external API. Fires on a trigger, fills in {{secret.NAME}} in the URL, headers and body, and puts each {tag} pipe’s wired value in its place. The body goes as JSON, a form, multipart or raw text, whichever it looks like.
Fired. It runs when an event or a value lands on trigger, and pulls its other inputs at that moment.

Example
Section titled “Example”Calls any URL when trigger fires. Every field takes tags from wires and {{secret.NAME}} for keys, so this header line keeps the key out of the graph file:
Authorization: Bearer {{secret.MY_API_KEY}}The body goes out as JSON when it looks like JSON, as a form when every line is name=value, as multipart when a value is a data: file, and as plain text otherwise; a Content-Type header of your own turns the guessing off. A request that cannot connect gives status 0 and the reason in body.
